JP has spent his career at the intersection of culture, leadership, and business performance. At Microsoft, he was part of Satya Nadella's culture transformation, helping build the 'learn-it-all' mindset that fueled the company's reinvention. At Icertis, a Microsoft Partner of the Year, he led global revenue enablement as the organization scaled past $400M ARR, then was appointed Head of Culture. He now serves as VP of Transformation at Greycroft, a venture firm with $5B+ in AUM.

Charles spent twenty years at Microsoft across two careers: first in engineering, leading program management teams on Microsoft Edge and Windows Phone; then in HR, founding Microsoft's Mindful Growth community before serving as Director of Global Learning and Development, leading company-wide onboarding, learning, and culture programs. He holds a PhD in Depth Psychology focused on the psychology of transformation.
